What plans do you have and how much do they cost?
We offer 3 types of plans to suit your HOA needs. The price of our plans varies based on the number of units. You can find the plans and pricing details here.

How can I view a demo?

How long does it take to setup the account?
We will begin the process of setting up your website after you sign up, which should take 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with specifics of your HOA website when the set up is completed.

What type of payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards and checks. We charge an extra $5 processing fee for checks. We do not accept PayPal payments.

What is PCI Compliance?
PCI is a set of standards designed to ensure that credit card information is captured, retained, and transmitted in a secure way.
In other words, it is a set of rules to reduce the risk of fraudsters, hackers, and thieves from stealing sensitive card information. PCI Compliance is mandated by the major card brands (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).

Do we get discount for yearly subscription?
Yes. Customers who pay for yearly subscription receive a discount on the payment processing fee. However, if canceled within 12 months, the discount will be forfeited.

Can I disignate additional administrators to the website?
You can designate as many additional administrators as you want to help maintain the website. However, we recommend that you give administrator privileges to a select number of people you trust.

What is Administration Module?
Administration module can be used to perform administrative activities such as customizing the home and about us pages, adding homeowners and units, and so on. The Administration module does not require any technical skills.
The following is a list of tasks that an Administrator can perform.
- Customize the contents of the Home and About Us pages (such as images, text, and color, for example).
- Communicate with homeowners via emails and broadcasting on the website.
- Monthly assessments, late fees, and delinquent fees, among other things, can be setup and managed.
- Setup and manage units, homeowners, HOA officers, vendors, and utility providers.
- HOA documents such as bylaws, CC&Rs, and rules and regulations, among others, can be uploaded and managed.
- Automated monthly and on-demand reports are available.
- Make entries for monthly assessment payments, vendor bills and payments.

Can I upload homeowners profile information?
Yes. The website supports Spreadsheet (.XLSX), Comma Separated Values (.CSV), and Text (.TXT) formats for uploading homeowner profile information.
The templates for .xlsx, .csv, and .txt files are provided for your convenience that can be downloaded from Administration module.

What is the process for generating invoices?
Using the "HOA Configuration" page, administrators can set up Monthly assessment fees, late fees and delinquent fees. The administrator can also setup on-demand fees for all or select homeowners.
Our system will automatically generate invoices on the billing date specified in the "Invoice Configuration" section.
Homeowners who opted for paperless billing will receive invoices via email. For non-paperless billing homeowners, the administrator will need to print and mail.

Can HOAs make online bill payments (to their vendors, utility providers etc.)?
No. However, bill payments can be entered into the system for reporting purposes.

Can I apply miscellaneous Fees?
Yes. Miscellaneous fees can be applied in Administration module. These miscellaneous fees will be included in the invoice.

What Reports are available?
Many commonly used reports (such as Income and Expense Statements, Invoices, and Payments) are available. Custom reports can also be developed for a fee.
